IRLP and my Yaesu FT-60 handheld...

How do I program my Yaesu FT-60 handheld for IRLP operation? I have the Nodes and frequencies to RX. I want to TX too. What do I need to do to TX? Got some step by step suggestions? Many Thanks!!!
