Vector 4000 won't even calibrate to set swr

Brand new to the forum. Pulled out the old Vector 4000 after years in storage. Set it up to all of the old marks after cleaning it up and making sure all connections were good. Hooked it up to the meter. Got calibration on chnl 1 and swr of 1.1. Went to 23 and could not get a calibration...
