TYT TH-UVF1A Extended RX/TX

Does anyone know if there is are Hardware or Software Mods fto extended TX or an Unlock program for this radio like the one for the Wouxun KG-UVD1P. I have to specify HAM or Commercial when I order one and it would be nice to have either/or like the Wouxun. The review of it is here...
