da phantom 500 schematic or picture

I have a da phantom 500 10 tube that has had the power supply capacitors changed out at some point in time. when I peak out the amp it has a hum in audio. would any one have any pictures of the capacitor lay out,or schematic. Not sure if they have them the right way. thanks
