galaxy dx44hp channels mixed up

The channels are all mixed up on my radio out of no where. H 19 is right but in order for me to be on channel 2 I have to have it on 15 on the display. Amongst others being mixed up, some only rx on others but tx slightly off. On top of all this my echo goes on for days and is distorted like...
