Executive CB-68a Pinouts And How To Trick

OK so i have this amazing bus unit with a microphone capabilities.It is the panasonic cq-cm130u and i don't have any wires for the mic.So i was wondering if i could maybe get a pinout of the microphone that works with it.What i plan to do is short the "tx" wire (the 8.5v white wire) to ground...
