Thanks guys !!, with the information you got me I took out the multimeter and balanced those inputs from the little metal block thingy on the back. (Ok so I don't know the exact name and got 25mw -> 50mw respectively. The 25mw one was frickin hard to set lol I hickuped and it went up +-30mW but...
