Eagle 500 squeals on the ssb side

I have been rebuilding an eagle 500 That is in fairly nice condition, all original with original tubes. I have replaced 80% of the capacitors the only ones left are the silver mica caps in the final drive section. I have replaced the transistors for the preamp and ssb circuit but i still am...

Eagle 500 Rectifier diode

The latest project is an Eagle 500 in very good condition with no mods done to it, I am looking for a good part number for the rectifier diodes, The schematic calls for a 1cc170. There is no such animal as far as i can find. anyone know what a good part number for this diode would be.
