RCI 2950 (old version) fault

Hi, I have a RCI2950 that PLL isn't locking after switch on. If I turn the mode selector it locks straight away but just left untouched it will whistle & pop until it locks up a couple of minutes later. This happens in any mode its set to on switch on. Any ideas?

RCI2900, TS789DX memories, Help needed

Hi Folks, Just aquired an old Sommerkamp TS789DX (RCI2900) & need operating instructions or just basic help on how to program the memories & switching between HI & LOW power. Anybody out there can point me in the right direction? :?
