E.F. Johnson Scorpion VHF 5953 Operator's Manual

I have this old hand-held two-way (possibly from 1991) and I can't seem to figure out how to read the channel frequencies or reprogram them, etc. I have searched the Internet including the company website with no luck. Can anyone help with finding an Operator's Manual or any other info on this...
