so i have a DX1600 and its lazy because it will key up and then slowly climb in power i have it hooked up to a 220v 300 amp power supply at times it keys up full power and other times it keys up and then climbs to full power what is causing that and how can i fix it

when i turn on the 500v the receive cuts out what can cause this power output from the amp is normal but when the delay is pushed in for SSB it don't delay turn the amp off and receive comes back

looking for a magnum s980 or s9-350 in good shape and not hacked up or beat to death thanks

can you add weather to a radio that didn't come with it do they make a kit or can you take it out of another radio ?

a friend of mine picked up a cobra 29 the meter was stuck he replaced the meter and now meter doesn't move but lights up all wires look good and in the right spot he put it on his meter not the best but just need to make sure it was transmitting and it is so what are some things to look for
