New Puxing PX-777 136-174Mhz VHF Wide / Narrow Band 2 Way Radio 128 Channels

Anyone able to help out with a problem with my PX-777. I tried to set the Freqs using my computer and correct cable. Something went wrong and now it only shows "NO PRO" on the screen when turned on. Nothing works and there is no responce from any of the usual set up actions. Any assistance...
