Cobra 2000 GTL with No Receive... Fix Suggestions?

Good evening, everyone! I was wondering if anyone had some advise of a fix for a radio I have. I have a Cobra 2000 GTL which is working perfectly EXCEPT there is no receive whatsoever. It's on frequency, transmits at 8-12 watts. The meters on the radio so modulation, but the swing meter...
