    Yagi's are extremely directional. Do want to beam to a specific received ? Or send and receive in 360 deg? With the old Antron. A 3 piece 18ft fiberglass antenna,bout $80 bucks. I could talk talk 30 miles. It was 50 ft up on the house peak. My favorite radio is the Galaxy DX 959...
