I use ssb a lot would turning up the modulation pot mess with that. I'm no cb tech lol. I also use AM I get great distances from the radio about 7-15 on Am and 20+ on side band. It's a great radio don't want to mess anything up. Do you think it would be if it to peak the power or would adding a...- John mckinzie1970
