Mobile Getting SWR under control

I'm having SWR problems with a I MAX 2000 I've put new coax on it I've adjusted the rings until I can do it in my sleep and I still can't get them down to where I can use my new radio I don't know what too do any help Would be very appreciated thank you newbee
