    The FT102 can be changed to 11 meters by clipping certain, diodes been a long time since I owned one, actually had 2 of them.I was able to retain 10 meters by installing a discrete switch under the radio,as a matter of fact the 102 ,s had the best receiver ever built, even better than anything...

    PROBLEM WITH ROTOR BOX DIRECTION METER.

    There is a fuse inside the control box just behind the meter, its about 500ma fuse and its purpose is to protect the meter ,I would check that first if the rotor is turning also check out the pot inside the rotor there may be a flat spot where the wiper rubs on this wire wound pot...

    Cobra 139xlr no carrier and no swing (NEW FINAL)

    I had one of those a while back and had the same problem,I found a burnt out resistor located in front of the driver or final, I can,t remember now but replaced that and was back in business. Bob
