    Sure is. The best that I have seen is when I keyed up my Strker 955 sitting right beside it the needle went 20 db. Oh well, I am having my radio friend adjust it on day. Thanks for everybody's help.

    I will need to find some local that make the proper adjustments. This is above my pay grade...I am not crazy about paying any shipping cost at this time. Maybe this is normal for this radio.....

    It was tuned and ready. It seems like the needle has loosened up a little. I have had seen some that have made it past the 9 mark.

    Yes, but the radio is only a few weeks old, so it would need to go back to Superior for any warranty repair.

    I have never seen the needle move above 7. Just comparing it to my Stryker 955 with local traffic...

    This is a new unit. I would not think it would need aligned.
