Realistic TRC-212 help

I have a trc 212 that stop working about year ago. It has no receive or transmit. the speaker seems to be working and the squelch works. the only way to get it to receive anything is to touch the antenna to the other radio, but its very very faint and staticky. I know a little about electronics...
