Out of curiosity what driver and final is it currently using ? Typically they used a 2SC1306 driver and 2SC1969/2SC1307 final, in my experience if the 1306 is replaced with a 2SC2166 the output would be much lower

This is definitely not Cybernet or atleast not the Cybernet I know, I’m fairly sure I had one many years ago that was Cybernet but maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, I know the super tiger 40 (no A) was Cybernet (PLLO2A) but that was the version with no channel LEDs

I bought this old radio at a radio rally (ham fest) dirt cheap and it had a horrible howling on received signals and low modulation so I recapped it and that fixed the howling and it now RX good and 4w output but modulation is not good (quiet and slightly distorted) I have to use one of those...

You do realise the HTX-100 and Lincoln are different radios yeah ? Also, I searched for Lincoln and Uniden 2830, Not HR2510 It wouldn't have hurt the guy to just say "Rxxx or Cxxx is located next to this" to make it that little easier as 2830/Lincoln has no resistor or capacitor markings on...

I found it myself, Much easier than trying to find an unmarked resistor/capacitor, Cut brown wire on cable header located right next to Side Tone VR [VR116]

I recently required a dead and butchered HTX-100, After fully recapping, a lot of trace repair, new TDA1905 amp, Used but good MRF477 it’s now working fine, But does anyone know how I can remove the button press beeping as it’s really annoying, Any help appreciated, Thanks
