I think this may lead to a further definition of what is 'constitutional'. The lib-tards keep claiming that the constitution is a 'living document' and prone to interpretation - by the very people who should not be given the freedom to do so. There is a process in place that is intentionally hard to use. I'm seeing big efforts to water this process down.
