10 meter mod for vhf marine?

I would like to know if you can add marine ch's in a 10 meter moble.

um, no as 10meter operates in the the HF region of the spectrum, 28-30MHz whilst the 'marine band' I assume VHF marine operates in VHF region, i think around 162MHz.

But if you really want marine band, I have a VHF marine radio I be willing to trade for that 10meter mobile.
