10 meters and motorcycles...What are you doing?

After the doggies and running routine this morning I fired up the rig and 10 meters is open to the Carribean and Switzerland. WTH? Worked a few stations in Cuba and Jamaica and the band seems to be getting better. The guy in Switzerland was a little busy talking to an old friend so I didn't bother him.

Since I need a Harley fix and the sun is finally shining in Michigan I'm headed out for a few hours on the bike then back to play some more radio this afternoon. I'm hoping 10 meters is open all day and I can collect a few more 10-10 numbers.

Any of you guys around later I'll be listening 28.400 for a while around 1400 local (EDT). My call is WD8T. Give me a call

i listen to 28400 alot,but mainly on 28420 and 28499usb...and also 29030am and 29050am...I use to ride scoots,had a headset and a siltronix albatros ssb...didnt move clafier much,and a firestick,this was back in the 70s...will listen for you in there,im in hospital now,but will be out no later than Monday,73s from Missouri,de n0zna 10-10# 66810 73s
