The 102 whip is a 3/8 stud and the Wilson is a regular coax type connector, so it will not mate up.

If you could fashion an adapter, you could test it, but I would not recommend it while moving at highway speeds. Stationary yes, mobile - it may blow off. You would need a tri or quad mount for mobile in my not so humble opinion.

I'm currently running a Wlson 1000 mag mount and was wondering if I can ase the mag mount to use a 102" whip. I would like to just try out a 102" to campare it to my wilson. I reaaly don,t want to drill any holes in the roof until I am sure about what I am going to run. I like the wilson but would like to see how a 102" preforms bacouse i have heard good things about them.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
