11m delta loop question

I found a formula that says 1005/freq. So that comes out to 36.94 feet. I guess 2:1 for the rectangle shape would be ok? Feed it from the side for vertical polarization. How do i calculate the 75ohm coax feeder? Just use the vp of the coax and calculate a 1/4 wave?
 
my plan now is dual co-phased loops fed from the side in vertical pol. all ladderline, 4:1 balun at the window. idk what the SWR will be on the low side of the balun but im pretty sure my tuner (tentec 229) will take care of it
 
You guys do realize that the MACO V2, V3 & V4 are just Delta Loops that use a gamma to match. You can change polarity by the orientation of the antenna.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
