Here is the update : found 3 transistors backwards strange but reverse them will update tomorrow
Still looking to see what else is wrong , I had this radio for a while sitting never got to it till this month
Are you sure these transistors were in backwards, or is the silkscreening on the board from an earlier revision where they changed transistor vendors in mid production, that are backwards from the previous vendor?
Remember, the Collector on most Japanese transistors is the center pin, the Emitter is on the side closest to electrical ground (maybe through a resistor or resistor/capactor) and the Base is usually the one "biased".
