need chan mod!! which pin is #10. it says pull #10 to ground to get 64 upper chans.

The one on the end on the top left corner. Think that only gets you from 27.605 to 28.045 though starting at 1 to 40.
SPST switch mb8719 pins 11 & 12 to each other
SPST switch mb8719 pin 10 to ground
SPST switch mb8719 pin 9 to IC side of cut trace at pin 14
the 9 to 14 switch gets you .415-.445 on 37-40.
you'll need a road map, and a freq counter is a nice addition, but final coverage will be 26.815-28.085, completely. add 10kc switch, and slide mod of at least 5kc to get every single freq in there.
