I bought one of these and it came in today, works perfectly. I have a bunch of 4 pin mics and saw very little point rewiring since I use them on my 29, so I took a chance on this. So if you're looking for an adapter that's guaranteed to work on the older side mics (Malaysia anyway), this one will do it.
