WOW what a great day for DXin. 10 meters open to the east and i made many contacts but 15 meter is where it was at. Despite having things to do around the house i could not pull myself away from the shack:) I spent most of the day DXin on 15 and finally when band was almost out i made contact with V73RY Randy from Kwajalein (Marshall Is.) with a 5/6 report. Not bad for 100 watts and a antron99:thumbup1: Rig is a icom ic-761..... freq. was 21.321mhz. I look forward to recieving this QSL.
 

20 meters & up has been mostly dead on the east coast. couldn't make TX contacts with 100 watts on a wire today. heard west coast skip on 27.025 several times, but even the multiple KW 'locals' couldn't get heard. 17, 15, 12, 10-RIP.....

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
