1969 and 2312 driver and final bias

anybody know what is a good starting point or recommendation for the 1969 and 2312 driver and final bias. I have read different voltage settings and amp settings all for a 148 GTL.
 

well, the SAMS manual for the president madison with the 8719 chassis says to use 25mA for the driver and 50mA for the final.

this is the same chassis as the grant and the 148gtl.
