2 &6 mtr. ssb

how many of us have ssb capabilities on these bands, and maybe we could set something up for a qso. 6 mtr. dx has all been to the east coast for the past week avg. about 1000 to 1600 miles off a par omni angle @ 20 ft. when the dx is up. about 500 locally

Well I,ve got 80 watts and 11 elements horizontal on 2m at44 feet and 100 watts with 6 elements horizontal on 6m at 40 feet.I'm in Nova Scotia,where are you?

I've got 25 watts and a hamstick dipole on a rotor for 6meters and have talked as far west as Texas. and south below Fla.

On 2meters I have 8 element beam 10 watt radio and have talked over 300 miles.Both antennas are in the attic. I also have a 35 watt brick I can hook up.

So I'm up for a possible QSO

Antennas

Mere dipole on 6 Meters, and 11 element vertical beam on 2 M & 90 watts on a 70 ft tower. Not perfect but will work.

i'm in NE. Wisconsin. hopefully i will have my homebrew 3 ele. yagi up by thursday. but i do have the omni angles for 2 & 6 mtrs.
