2 meter contact

Made a great 2 meter contact using a repeater in Truckee,Cal.,about 35 miles from Reno,Nv. to a mobile station in Pebble Beach,Cal. that close to 250 miles. Made my day!<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT="">

Congratulations... I cannot wait until I can afford a rig that supports all mode VHF and UHF... I want to put up a beam and try some 2m SSB... Sounds like some of the setups can get some very impressive range...
