Did your radio come with the cable and software to program it? Even my elcheapo TYT9000 came with cables and software. Which by the way I have never used. I have the three element beam and the dual band SIRIO magnetic mount. I did hook it all up to test the antenna and then took it all off the car.

I like frequencies that bounce off of the sporadic "E" layer.

The "START BUTTON" could be a software target on the screen. You know click here to start upload or something. To be honest with you the only reason I have not started using Two Meter is because I did not have the patience to do all of the programming for the offsets and the access tones. I might just have to do that now that things have settled down around a bit.

Upgrade to Windows 8.1. They put the "start" button back where it was. But remember, you can always move the mouse all the way to the right of the screen to make the "charms" bar appear, revealing the start menu.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
