This is made in Ukraine. You can search 2 meter transverter on eBay and read all about them. Online reviews are quite favorable as well. It works really well and is a cheap way to experience 2 meter SSB.
Item is in perfect working order and cosmetic condition. Will ship with DC lead and instruction sheet.
