Participating police departments?? What happens is that the automobile manufacturer shifts over to make a once or twice a year run of vehicles meant for the police service with numbers based on the demand for them.Larger departments will purchase several at a time each year while small departments may only purchase one every couple years.

There was a new police car that was state of the art and it was $1.000.000 and Up.
