2290 stinger board?

The 2290 mods that I've seen all did at least 100 PEP (the ones that were done correctly, that is). Most did over 100 by a bit. That is worth the effort in my opinion. The Connex 4300 should have kept its stock finals and added the 2290 mod. It would have been alot more effective.
 
I think someone will be able to replicate that litle PCB with the 2290, and upgrade the rest of the circuitry to handle it.

Or, maybe replicate that PCB on the back of the AR3300/3500.

OR maybe do something similar but with MOSFETs. That would be kewl

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
