Finally, were back on topic. But no, im not one of those people that hoards 10 tons of beans and taters in the mountains waiting for the,apocalypse.

What's wrong with being prepared, and not stupid to the idea everything will just be peachy forever. Living in California, and being in a very active earthquake area, it would be stupid to not be prepared. We are very isolated up here, and in a second we can be cut of from most of the state.

No need. Just stock up on ammo and identify the weak neighbors who do hoard. Now back to the conversation about operating illegally on Government radio spectrum

Just don't try to use that weapon on someone who does have food stored and other stuff, especially if he is packing also. I'm sure most do. Now carry on with your discussion.
