I have a first gen. (Orange display) 2950 that the receive bars are not working. They work on transmit. Any ideas? I have replaced all electrolytics in the circuit. IC1 was replaced and all transistors and diodes in the circuit check ok.

I know your smarter than this and dumb of me to suggest, but weirder things have happened. Check that the swr button isn't on.
