2950DX

It usually comes with the radio from the factory, but some shops remove it from the box so they can sell it to you at additional cost. If it is not in the box, you should be able to get it from Ranger or a shop that deals with or repairs Ranger stuff.

PR; would you know the part#. I tried to order part by dicription from RCI but have not herd from them yet. tried Bills CB, same thing.

I sure dont. I would try calling Ranger directly. WW might be correct, I dont know, the one that came with my 2970 was about 2 inches long and rectangle shaped covered with shrink wrap. Seemed like more to it.

I haven't seen one of those. All I've seen have the pins which stick up.

So if nothing else, get two cheap 5mm leds. Cut the pins off of them. Stick the pins in the female sockets. Solder another pin leg or piece of wire across them.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
