was wondering if someone might be able to tell me , about a issue with my 2950dx.. just bought it 2 weeks ago, i'm noticing that when i key up and let off the ptt button, i notice a 10 second delay before the receive meter shows any activity, transmit is fine, again it only does it after i let off the key,:headbang when exactly 10 seconds later the receive bars will engage and do what it's suppose to do...
