Not in the slightest. A spectrum analyzer connected to an antenna along with a frequency database of the area and some REALLY good software for computing possible intermod problems is a good start however. A band scope will not show all transmitters on the air at the time on all bands nor will it add and subtract multitudes of frequencies to compute possible intermod frequencies. Intermod is a product of mixing as little as two or as many as ......................well several actually, different frequencies plus throw in the receiver's ability to handle strong signals both in band and out of band and the possibilities are almost endless especially in an area with a lot of RF congestion.
Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
