30uA vs 50 uA vs 100uA meters for Bird

Okay, I know that the Bird 43 type meters & line sections use a 30uA meter, I also know you could use a 50uA meter if you did the math and "re-scale" the meter face, etc. , I also know that the "big size" Birds use a 100uA meter, so what I am wondering is could you use a 100uA meter with a 43 type Bird? and if so, what would the "math" be to calculate the watts?
