IMO . . . More AMers seem to be exploring SSB using their regular AM rigs/equipment to experiment with SSB lately. You know; a Cobra 148GTL that has the limiter removed and the rest and the FatBoy/DaveMade stuff. Let them discover the difference. Ya just can't tell some people anything. I know it took me a little while to figure it out years ago. Only then they will find out that there really was a legitimate reason that we SSB vets were slamming the class C amps and some radio mods.

More on-air recordings and playbacks can do that - for starters.
Then come the questions . . .

I agree Robb. Seems like there are a lot of attitudes, music, noise toys, and crap like that which you used to not get on SSB.

I just bunjie corded my new big stick to the deck to try it out, but this almost stock 949 isn't gonna bust through that mess lol

Who Would spend the Extra $ for a CLASS A or B box just to flap at the mouth on 38lsb? ツ

38 LSB overcrowding is one of the reasons I went for my amateur license. For some reason 38 LSB seems to be like 19 AM....everyone likes to congregate there and with their linears going full blast. Then I'd flip to 36 LSB, or 37 LSB or even 39 LSB and would sometimes get lucky if someone there wanted to chat with you.
