the antenna was designed at a time of height restrictions and worked very well within those parameters for people who abided by them. one can search this forum and find some good information explaining the antenna function.
 
i think these are the same ones that were for sale from the netherlands last week or so.
They went for 460 dollars plus shipping.
I wonder what the second seller will get for them LOL.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
