5' antenna recommendations

The last truckbox that I bought that came with J-hooks said in the instructions that those hooks are for temporary transportation of the box only and before any weight is put into the box it must be bolted to the bedrails. Also if its diamond plate a quick pass with the grinder makes for a nice flat surface for mounting. Just dont get carried away, that aluminum is soft and thin. :thumbup1:

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
