have a 68ltw that will not transmit or receive. the squelch doesnt work. i can get weather on the radio. where would be a good spot to look. opened it up and nothing looks bad. someone told me the final could have went out. if thats a spot to look tell me where its at. if theres anything else to look at tell me what and where.
