???? about the galaxy dx 9??? 10kc mod

Ok!! On cbtricks it shows & tells the place to add the 4.7k resistor. Would it change anything if you were to add/subtract the value of the 4.7k? 10k or 2k.... would it change the value of the 10kc mod to a ??? 20 kc/5 kc mod... new to the electronics & am trying to learn. Thank youyou

Nope.
That resistor is there to lower current and nothing more.
