Acom 600S on 11 meters??

Can the Acom 600S amp operate on 11 meters? Is there a hidden setting or some wire you can clip like on the old Ameitron tube amps?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
