Adjust ssb output power President George

Anyone know how to adjust ssb output power on president george?
I´m going to run an amplifier and would like to turn the power down to 15w.

VR 208 should be the ALC control in the George, Adjust the VR for Approx 12/14 watts while modulating the Transmitter in SSB mode and you should be good to go.
