Are these worth fixing ? I think the modulation potentiometer is bad wont calibrate. Swr and watts work maybe duct tape over modulation meter. Or bypass inside be best I guess.

I would try fixing it up. If you don't want to keep it after that....you can sell it as a working meter 
Would like to fix it. But not sure what went bad. I think the potentiometer that you calibrate it does nothing if I put it on 5000 watts it does not redline
